Introducing The VENT Collective.

Bold care. Real Connection. A place to VENT, heal and move forward.

Our approach

At The VENT Collective, therapy is not about fixing what’s wrong with you. It’s about helping you understand your patterns, protect what matters, and build a life that actually feels good to live. Our work blends evidence-based approaches like ACT, CBT, DBT, Trauma-informed care, relational therapy, and practical skill-building to help you:

  • Feel safer in your own body

  • Communicate more clearly and honestly

  • Stop repeating painful cycles

  • Show up in relationships with more confidence and connection

Providing you with a safe space to relax

Hi I’m Lauryn Jackson, LPC. Healing doesn’t happen alone. The VENT Collective is built on the belief that people heal best when they feel seen, supported, and connected - not analyzed or “fixed”. You are not a problem to solve. You are a person with a story, experiences, and protective patterns that once made sense. I honor that here. Whether you are coming as an individual, a couple, or a family, this is a collaborative space. We work with you, not on you.

In-person and remote options
